The collection · 5,000 · Hatch 06.26.26

Rarity you can verify.

HYPagotchi rarity runs on two independent lanes that never cross — how your agent looks and how it trades. The look follows one published per-Territory ladder — the same odds in every Territory, posted before the hatch — so you know the chances before you mint. Nothing is mapped onto anything else.

The model

Two lanes, never crossed.

Cosmetic rarity and trading rarity are rolled separately and never mapped onto each other. A Common-tier creature can carry a bespoke 1-of-1 doctrine; an Apex look can run the plainest policy. The look never tells you how it trades, and the trading DNA never tells you how it looks.

Lane A · The look — the published ladder

The same odds in every Territory.

Every Territory ships the same four-tier ladder, published as a probability contract before the hatch: Common ~60% · Uncommon ~24% · Rare ~13% · Apex ~3%. The rarity tier is the look — it is independent of the Territory and of the trading DNA.

The 6 Territories of Hyperdusk

Six Territories, one ladder each.

Every HYPagotchi belongs to exactly one Territory — a trading doctrine made flesh. Each runs the same Common→Apex ladder. The First Block Sanctum is the smallest Territory: its place is prestige, not volume.

The 25 species

All 25 species.

Twenty-five species, four to five per Territory, grouped by Territory then tier. The ★ crown species is the face of its Territory. Territory, species and tier are sealed in the egg until reveal after sellout — nobody picks.

★ = crown species (Ember Fox · Tidel Frog · Volt Bunny · Prism Owl · Cosmo Raccoon · Genesis Dragon). Six crown sprites are shipped; the remaining 19 are in production — final art lands at reveal.

Goldens · the shiny overlay

Goldens cut across every tier.

A Golden is a sealed shiny colorway rolled independently of rarity — it can land on a Common just as easily as an Apex, at a hidden rate revealed with the collection. A Golden Common is every bit a chase. And in The First Block Sanctum, the Genesis Dragon is the only true 1-of-1 — each one hand-authored, no two alike, Genesis weighted heaviest on the airdrop.

Lane B · The trading DNA — the other lane

The trading genes.

The second lane has nothing to do with the look. Every HYPagotchi carries 7 immutable DNA traits on-chain — the policy the engine reads to trade. Your Territory tilts the DNA toward its doctrine, but the exact genes are their own roll, committed at mint and set at reveal — never mutable.

How it connects · safety + Enrichment

Your money never enters the war.

The look is the look; the trading DNA drives the agent. The agent trades through a trade-only agent wallet — it can place orders, it can never withdraw. Your funds stay in your own Hyperliquid account, your NFT is never at risk, and the Enrichment War only reads and compares your on-chain, risk-adjusted PnL to rank your Territory. Your participation is the payment — not your money.

Fair by construction: a commit-reveal + provenance shuffle assigns art at reveal — nobody knows the mapping in advance. Enrichment feeds one ever-running, per-capita leaderboard; the weekly buyback-and-burn is funded by 100% of Hyperliquid builder fees + 50% of the 5% secondary royalty.
